KHAEL™ operates limited pre-order releases.

  • Production begins once the required number of orders is reached
  • Customers will receive updates throughout the production process
  • If the minimum number of pre-orders is not reached within the stated time period, all payments will be fully refunded
  • Once production has started, pre-orders cannot be cancelled

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in NOK unless otherwise stated.

KHAEL™ reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.

Early-bird or promotional pricing is limited and may not be available after the initial launch phase.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and its integrated payment providers.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • All billing information provided is accurate

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and location.

For pre-orders:

  • Production and shipping timelines will be communicated clearly
  • Delays may occur, but customers will be kept informed throughout the process

KHAEL™ is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible items.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Pre-orders follow separate conditions as outlined above.
