Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will always be informed of any delays.

 

Pre-Orders

KHAEL™ operates limited pre-order releases.

  • Production begins once the required number of pre-orders is reached
  • Customers will receive updates throughout the production process
  • Estimated timelines will be communicated clearly after the campaign ends

Pre-orders are fulfilled only after production is completed.

If the required number of pre-orders is not reached within the stated timeframe, all payments will be fully refunded.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Norway: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Occasionally, KHAEL™ may offer free shipping promotions during campaigns or special releases.

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided, KHAEL™ cannot guarantee successful delivery or replacement.
