• The item must be returned with original packaging

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Used or damaged items (not caused by us)

Pre-Orders

For pre-orders:

• If the required number of orders is not reached, your payment will be fully refunded
• Once production has started, pre-orders cannot be cancelled

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
